After Graduating from University of Oregon in with a B.S. in Chemistry, company founder Spencer Robertson returned to San Diego and began doing water treatment consulting for various mechanical contractors. As the consulting work grew, the services provided grew. In early 2016, California Backflow & Chlorination was born. Today, California Backflow & Chlorination provides services to dozens of mechanical, plumbing and pipeline contractors throughout Southern California.
