We may share certification records with your local water district as required by law, and we use service providers such as our SMS messaging vendor to deliver communications on our behalf. SMS Communications Program

Program Name

California Backflow & Chlorination / Flo Titan SMS Service.

Program Description

This program sends customer-care SMS messages to existing customers regarding their backflow testing and chlorination services. Messages may include appointment scheduling and reminders, technician en-route notifications, service-completion confirmations, certification status, and follow-up communications. This program does not send marketing or promotional content.

How Customers Opt In

Customers are enrolled in SMS communications when they verbally consent during a phone call to schedule service. Before any messages are sent, our representative confirms the customer’s mobile number and explains that they will receive text messages about their appointment and service. Consent is recorded in our customer record. Customers may also opt in by submitting our Text Message Sign-Up form.

Message Frequency

Customers may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on the frequency of services scheduled and the status of those services.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Please consult your wireless plan for details.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from this program. Once you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of SMS Data

We do not share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with any third party for that party’s own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used only to deliver messages within this program and is shared only with the SMS service provider that sends messages on our behalf.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights
