Common Questions
Which chlorination standard applies to my project?
Waterlines are disinfected to AWWA C651 and storage tanks to AWWA C652, unless the job specification calls for something different. We confirm the applicable standard before work begins.
How fast can you get results?
Verbal lab results typically arrive in 24 hours with the written report to follow. Field reports are same-day, formatted for direct submission to the purveyor.
What if a sample comes back positive?
We manage resampling and, where needed, re-treatment as part of the same engagement, so you are not restarting the process with another contractor.
Do you coordinate with the water purveyor directly?
Yes. Provide the purveyor contact and we handle requirements, scheduling constraints, and result submission directly.
